What to expect?
The class will begin with an instructor led warm up, followed by mobility drills.
Once the warm up has finished, the instructor will demonstrate a series of techniques which you will have the chance to practise with a partner (who will be as close to your age and weight as possible).
After learning a variety of different techniques there will be controlled submission sparring which is monitored by instructors.
With the class then often finishing with a game.
