What to expect?
Within this class, students will learn how to throw, pin, control and submit an opponent without the use of strikes with also an element of self defence integrated within the techniques taught.
The class will begin with an instructor led warm up, followed by mobility drills.
Once the warm up has finished, the instructor will demonstrate a series of techniques which you will have the chance to practise with a partner.
After learning a variety of different techniques there will be positional sparring, followed by full submission sparring of which is monitored by the instructors.
